Responsibilities

• Deliver holistic cancer support remotely via telephone, video calls, and chat messaging.

• Prepare and debrief patients for consultations and treatments, ensuring clarity on care plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records and communicate care information while ensuring confidentiality.
• Follow safeguarding procedures and report incidents or concerns as per policy.
• Contribute to professional development and service improvements.
