Job Type : Full-time, On-site

Salary : £49,000 - £50,000 per annum + bonus related pay

Eleven 11 Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of our client for a passionate and dedicated Registered Manager to join their Outstanding childrens residential home in Northampton.

What Youll Be Doing

As the Registered Manager, youll be at the heart of the home

leading, inspiring, and supporting your team to deliver the very best care. Youll be responsible for ensuring the home runs smoothly day-to-day, meeting all regulatory standards, and most importantly, creating an environment where children and young people feel safe, valued, and understood.

Your role will involve :

  • ? Leading and motivating a dedicated care team.
  • ? Working closely with children and young people to meet their individual needs.
  • ? Building strong relationships with families and professionals.
  • ? Overseeing care plans that are as unique as each child.
  • ? Ensuring compliance while keeping a child-centred approach at the core of everything you do.

What our client is looking For

Our client is searching for someone who isnt just experienced, but truly passionate about making a difference. Youll bring :

Proven leadership and management skills in a childcare setting.

Strong knowledge of regulatory standards (Ofsted).

Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Experience in creating and delivering personalised care plans.

NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care.

A genuine passion for supporting children and young people.

Experience in therapeutic care is a bonus

but the right attitude and values are what matter most.
