This manufacturing business is seeking a customer support coordinator to join their team in Stockport.

Your new role

You will be responsible for processing customer orders, handling queries, dealing with issues with delivery, handling the purchasing and orders processes, handling customer queries and more.

What you'll need to succeed

Your previous experience working in a customer support role will help you succeed in this role. You are able to process orders efficiently and handle queries. You're organised with excellent attention to detail, good communication skills, good customer service too.

What you'll get in return

You'll receive an excellent, competitive salary between £27,000 - £32,000 depending on experience, and have access to a generous benefits package including holidays, pension, team bonus and more.
