As a Patrao (our General Manager) we like you to treat the restaurant as if it’s your own business. You will be key to making the decisions and creating a great culture within the restaurant. You will be a proven leader with the ability to work towards targets and KPI’s.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership as a General Manager, driving performance and culture within the restaurant.
  • Treat the restaurant as if it is your own business and make decisions to achieve targets and KPIs.
  • Develop and mentor the team to create managers of the future and foster a high-performing environment.
