The Opportunity
We're seeking an ambitious 360 Billing Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding team in Chester. As a specialist in Legal Private Practice recruitment, you'll work with some of the North's most prestigious businesses while building your own personal brand in this lucrative market.
Your Role
- Full 360-degree recruitment lifecycle ownership
- Business development and account management with key clients
- Candidate sourcing, screening, and relationship building
- Market mapping and headhunting of passive candidates
- Negotiating terms and closing deals
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
What You'll Need
Proven track record in recruitment (minimum 1 year) or relevant recruitment sales experienceStrong commercial acumen and business development skillsExcellent communication and negotiation abilitiesSelf-motivated with a hunter mentalityResilient and target-driven approachKnowledge of the Legal sector (desirable)A positive can do attitudeWhat We Offer
