Deputy General Manager - New Opening!

Hickorys Smokehouse are coming to York (YO30 1XJ) early 2025!

Start an exciting new chapter in your hospitality career at Hickory's Smokehouse - BBQ is happiness!

Join us as a Deputy General Manager and we can offer you a generous package of up to £41,000 per year including Tip Jar!

Can you inspire a team to follow your example? Are you a mighty motivator and guest-led leader? Can you coach, train and inspire our teams? If you are a passionate Manager who has had experience in a training role or in a ‘flag ship’ restaurant and are looking for your next big step on the hospitality ladder then we want to hear from you. The position would also suit a General Manager that is looking to unlock their potential working in a high volume restaurant, leading a team of 100+.
