A successful and well-established Plant Hire company is looking to appoint an experienced Sales Manager to lead growth across the North East.

This is a key role for a proven plant hire professional who knows the market, understands customer needs, and thrives on winning new business.

The Role

• Drive new business development across the North East region
• Manage and grow relationships with existing customers
• Identify opportunities across construction, infrastructure and related sectors
• Represent the business in the local market, building brand presence and credibility
• Work closely with operations to ensure first-class service delivery

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience within the plant hire sector (essential)
• Based in the North East with strong regional knowledge
• A strong new business winner with a consistent track record
• Well-connected, with an existing network of industry contacts (highly desirable)
• Commercially astute, self-motivated and results-driven
