The business is seeking an innovative and driven Marketing professional to lead their multi-channel Marketing strategy, offering a rewarding role with opportunities for growth and change. The Opportunity As Marketing Manager, you'll work closely with the Head of Sales & Marketing, Sales Director, and Ecommerce team, developing and implementing marketing strategies across B2C and B2B brands. This role demands strong organizational and project management skills, with experience in both online and offline sales and direct marketing. You'll manage budgets, deliver projects on time, and present the success of marketing activities to various stakeholders. The Candidate - Minimum 3 years working in a similar role- Experience in full-mix, multi-channel marketing strategies- Significant experience in B2B marketing and multi-channel retail environments- Strong content creation skills, both digital and traditional- Goal-oriented and results-driven- Excellent analytical and reporting skills- Experience in leading, coaching, and managing a team- Previous experience in Graphic Design advantageous- Good verbal communication skills The Remuneration circa £40k (doe)- 23 days + stats- Pension- Free on-site parking & EV Charging on site
