Venn Group have been approached by a Housing Association and would like to introduce a fantastic opportunity!

Position : Neighbourhood Officer

Location : Manchester – Mossside – hybrid role

Rate : Negotiable dependent on experience

Length : End Nov

Hours : 35 hours p / week (Mon-Fri)

The role will predominantly involve :

• Responsible for the complete housing and neighbourhood management of a patch of properties across Moss side
• Working to KPIs
• Dealing with the allocations process of properties including selecting tenants
• Inspecting void properties to ensure all required repairs could be completed allowing the property to be re-let in a timely manner
• Carrying out viewings with residents and dealt with tenancy sign-ups
• Dealing with any instances relating to ASB
• Reporting repairs to the maintenance team for both properties and communal areas
