Job description

A leading healthcare provider in the United Kingdom is seeking a Band 6 Social Worker for the Adult Cystic Fibrosis Team at Wythenshawe Hospital. The ideal candidate will deliver psychosocial support to adults with cystic fibrosis, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include assessing psychosocial needs and providing resource connections. A commitment to continuous professional development and the ability to work flexibly are essential.
