Job Description

Role : Senior CDM Advisor / Principal Designer

Location : Newcastle upon Tyne - Remote working (projects across North East)

Salary : Up to £55,000 + £6,000 car allowance + excellent benefits package

Sector : Property & Construction consultancy

WRG is supporting a property & construction consultancy that has been established for over 30 years. The business has won numerous awards for the quality of their work and how they treat their employees. They have recently been acquired by a large group and with this has come ambitious growth plans and an injection of capital to ensure that this happens.

The business is looking to hire an experienced CDM / Principal Designer to oversee a diverse portfolio of property & construction projects (residential, education, public sector, leisure, education, office and retail). The role would be focused around Newcastle and the North East where our clients key relationships are based.

The role would suit an experienced CDM / PD professional who wants to work autonomously and manage their own projects / client base, you will be comfortable in a client facing environment and demonstrate leadership qualities.
