About You : We are on the lookout for a Retail Supervisor to join our DV8 Kennedy Centre store. You will lead the sales team by example, applying your product knowledge with a friendly, welcoming approach to deliver excellent customer service and ensure your team does the same. Ideally you should have experience as a supervisor in a similar environment, though we will consider other relevant experience to this role.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers with a smile and helping them as much as possible.
• Open and close the store following security procedures.
• Ensure customers have the best shopping experience by keeping products priced and the shop floor clean and tidy at all times.
• Maintain high standards of merchandise and ensure products are displayed to look their best.
• Operate the till for card and cash payments (training provided if necessary).
