Our client, a high-growth e-commerce brand, is looking for a TikTok Paid Ads Manager to lead performance-driven campaigns on the platform. This is a newly created role born out of rapid growth and ambitious plans. You will join a forward-thinking acquisition team and play a key part in expanding brand reach and driving revenue through TikTok Ads and TikTok Shop.

Responsibilities

• Planning and executing conversion-focused TikTok ad campaigns to drive sales.
• Monitoring and analysing campaign performance, reporting key metrics and strategy adjustments to the Head of Acquisition.
• Managing the brand\'s presence on TikTok Shop, ensuring compliance and capitalising on promotional opportunities.
• Creating a detailed content testing roadmap across copy, creative, audience segmentation and campaign setup.
• Adapting campaigns in real-time to improve efficiency and return on ad spend.
• Strategically planning TikTok livestreams in collaboration with on-camera talent to maximise reach and engagement.
