Repairs Maintenance Supervisor / Team Leader (Damp / Mould)

We are looking to recruit a Repairs Supervisor to join us, based in Welwyn Garden City.

About the Role

We're looking for those who can lead the day-to-day activity of damp and mould Projects in accordance with MSPS best practise and governance standards, ensuring that all business objectives are met within overall time, cost, and budget constraints. This will also include the effective risk management and protect business reputation.

You’ll ensure staff and supply chain understand and utilise both client KPIs and our own to maximise value and that the management of contract and work outputs exceed the agreed budget profiles.

Through a detailed understanding of operational, commercial, and contractual KPIs, you’ll ensure that your team and front-line staff understand the contract and structure and how they influence performance – always motivating them to exceed targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day activity of damp and mould Projects in accordance with MSPS best practise and governance standards, ensuring objectives are met within time, cost, and budget constraints.
• Ensure staff and supply chain understand and utilise client KPIs and internal KPIs to maximise value and exceed budget profiles.
• Communicate and reinforce contract structure and KPIs to front-line staff; motivate the team to exceed targets.
• Manage risk to protect business reputation and ensure compliant, safe, and resilient service delivery.
• Oversee management of multi-site workforces and subcontractors’ performance and KPIs.
