Were delivering a major infrastructure scheme on the Isle of Grain, involving complex civil works, coastal reinforcement, and transport upgrades. As part of our expanding portfolio, were seeking a highly organised Document Controller to manage project documentation and support the wider delivery team.

• Set up and maintain document control systems for drawings, reports, and correspondence
• Ensure version control and proper distribution of technical documents
• Liaise with engineers, contractors, and consultants to track document workflows
• Maintain accurate records and audit trails in line with project protocols
• Support the project team with document retrieval, reporting, and compliance
