Our Operations groups are core to the success of the Markets business. We support a wide range of internal stakeholders alongside having significant interaction with external clients, playing a key role in the overall client experience.

Role Overview :

This is an exciting opportunity to kick start your career at Citi! We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic team players, with a strong work ethic, to join our team.

What you'll do :

• Providing support to Front Office Sales and Trading desks
• Maintain and manage daily tasks relating to trades
• Perform analyses of discrepancies to help resolve trade issues or client queries
• Ensure assigned procedures are updated,pleted and maintained across assigned processes
• Ask questions, challenge processes, and continue to learn

What we'll need from you :

Successful candidates will attend a three week Market Operations Training Academy if required.

This aims to help you understand how Markets Operations work and where your role fits in in Citi while also providing you with all the tools needed to be the best you can be in your new role.
