Teaching Assistant (Further Education) - Gosport

Term Time Only. £13.75 per hour. Through Teaching Personnel

Teaching Personnel are seeking dedicated  Teaching Assistant  to join a  Further Education provision in Gosport , providing high-quality classroom support to students aged 16–19.

This is a  term-time only  position with  variable hours each day , ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic learning environment and is looking to make a real impact on students’ educational journeys.

Role Overview :

Support students within a classroom or on a 1 : 1 / small group basis

Assist learners with  Special Educational Needs (SEN) , including ASD, ADHD, and other additional needs

Encourage independence, confidence, and engagement in lessons

Work collaboratively with teaching staff to ensure every student receives the support they need

The Ideal Candidate :

Has experience supporting learners with  SEN or additional learning needs

Demonstrates strong  communication and classroom support skills

Is adaptable, patient, and committed to helping students achieve their goals

Holds or is willing to undergo an  enhanced DBS check

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
