An energetic Lambeth school requires an experienced Premises Manger to take responsibility for site management and compliance from January 2026. Role summary — Premises Manger
As Premises Manger, you will be the primary point of contact for building maintenance, security and compliance. The Premises Manger will manage planned maintenance, oversee emergency procedures, and ensure that the site meets statutory requirements. The Premises Manger will coordinate lettings, maintain H&S records and lead the site team to deliver a safe learning environment by January 2026.

Premises Manger Requirements
• Demonstrable experience in a senior premises or facilities role (the Premises Manger).
• Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations, risk assessments and contractor management as required of the Premises Manger.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills to liaise with staff, parents and external contractors as the Premises Manger. Availability for induction in January 2026 and a start date of January 2026 is essential.

Premises Manger Responsibilities
• Lead the site team and deliver routine and emergency maintenance as the Premises Manger.
• Oversee compliance documentation (asbestos, legionella, fire safety) and update records as the Premises Manger.
• Coordinate contractors and manage lettings, ensuring the Premises Manger maintains excellent stakeholder relationships. The Premises Manger will also support the school community with events run on site after January 2026.
