💰 Salary : £Generous Salary + Shift Premium + Overtime + Pension + 26 Days Holiday

⏱ Shifts : 6am - 2pm / 2pm - 10pm / 10pm - 6am

Our client, a leading flexible packaging manufacturer supplying innovative solutions to major food brands, is looking for experienced Production Operators to join their growing team.

They're particularly interested in candidates with experience in :

Flexo Printing

Lamination

SlittingWhat you'll do :

Set up, run, and maintain machines to achieve high quality standards

Operate safely, following all procedures and best practices

Work to production schedules while maximising efficiency and minimising waste

Keep accurate records and maintain a clean, organised work area

What they are looking for :

Experience on either Flexo Printers, Laminator, Or Slitting Machines (or other time-served machine operation)

Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality

Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team

A proactive, self-motivated approach to work
