Inside Sales Representative We are working with a leading organisation in the events and hospitality sector that is seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join their growing sales team. This role offers the opportunity to engage with prestigious clients, manage high-value accounts, and contribute to the delivery of world-class events such as The Brit Awards, Wimbledon, Royal Family events and Hollywood filmstar private functions.
The Role
As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for clients—building relationships, managing accounts, and ensuring sales enquiries are handled promptly and professionally. You'll work closely with sales, logistics, and operations teams in a fast-paced, competitive environment where attention to detail and client service are paramount.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships across diverse accounts
- Handle new enquiries, prepare and amend quotes, and follow up to secure business
- Manage client orders and liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery
- Conduct check-in and feedback calls with clients to drive satisfaction and repeat business
- Track KPIs, chase outstanding opportunities, and upsell where possible
- Collaborate with finance on payments, account terms, and post-event adjustments
- Maintain accurate records using CRM and quotation systems
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in inside sales, client services, or account management. Ideally in event rentals, hospitality or catering.Excellent communication and telephone mannerStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesComfortable working with CRM systems and Microsoft OfficeProactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-moving environmentSelf-motivated and able to meet deadlines consistentlyThis is an in-office role, ideally located in south Greater Manchester (e.g., Sale / Altrincham / Stockport area) for the commuteWhat’s on Offer
