Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to join our GDK store in Glasgow. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering the GDK customer experience and driving the success of our store. With a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of service, operational efficiency, and quality, you will be the cornerstone of our operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service.
  • Manage and lead the team, ensuring staff development, training, and motivation.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as brand standards.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences, resolving concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with stock management, ordering, and cost control.
  • Contribute to the achievement of store targets including sales growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience : 2-3 years of experience in fast food or restaurant management.
  • Leadership : Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Customer Focused : A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Operational Excellence : Ability to maintain high operational standards under pressure.
  • Adaptability : Willingness to take on additional responsibilities, with potential to grow into a multi-store management role.
