What will you do?

You will be responsible for ensuring the overall safety of our roads. At Contraflow Ltd, the daily tasks of a traffic management operative will vary between...

• Set up and maintain traffic management equipment.
• Perform essential tasks in the depot, including equipment maintenance.
• Display signage.
• Install temporary traffic lights as required.
• Ensure all operational needs are met through physically demanding work.

What does your pay look like?

Below are the rates as per each point of progression.

Our training programme will take you through the ranks and if you choose to go the distance in your Traffic Management Career and progress to our top position of IPV Foreman / 12C Supervisor, your pay will eventually look like :   Day  (£18)  Night  (£20)  Weekend  (£22).
