About the Role

Were looking for an experienced Groundworker to join our growing team. This is a hands-on, site-based role carrying out a variety of groundwork and hard landscaping tasks across commercial and residential sites.

The ideal person will be confident working independently and as part of a small team, experienced in operating small plant and machinery, and committed to delivering a high standard of work while maintaining site safety.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Carry out hard landscaping tasks : laying slabs, bricks, block paving, kerbs, concrete, and tarmac

Operate small plant and machinery : whacker plates, mixers, rollers

Maintain quality standards and complete work to agreed deadlines

Uphold health and safety procedures on site at all times

Keep accurate records of materials used and job progress

Liaise with site supervisors and managers as needed

Complete end-of-work reports

Desired Skills & Experience

Mini Digger Licence (NPORS or CSCS) desirable

C1+E Driving Licence (7.5T vehicle with trailer) desirable

Strong organisational and communication skills

Reliable, hard-working, and a good team player
