Role : Pet Health Advisor (PHA) – a fresh, modern way of managing the client journey in our clinic.
Location : Vets4Pets Fort Kinnaird, Edinburgh

The essentials
Hours : 35 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
Typically this looks like :
1 in 3 weekends (shorter hours) Saturday 9–6
Sunday 10–4
Flexibility, rota changes and absence cover are part of the role.
Overtime : expected
Pay : Starting salary £12.21 / hr , with increases after training and with performance.

This isn’t a standard reception job.
Our PHA role is designed to create a gold-standard client experience in a fast-paced clinical environment. You are the calm, capable, friendly link between the pet owner and the clinical team—helping clients feel informed, supported and genuinely cared for.

1) Front-of-clinic client care
