Furniture Sprayer – Flitwick

Newstaff Employment is hiring an experienced Furniture Sprayer in Flitwick to join a skilled manufacturing team specialising in high-quality furniture finishes. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with strong spraying experience, excellent attention to detail, and pride in delivering a premium finish. The role offers a permanent opportunity after 12 weeks for the right candidate.

Location : Flitwick

Salary : £30,–£40, per annum

Working Hours : Full-time (day shifts)

Job Type : Temporary to Permanent

• Prepare furniture surfaces for spraying, including sanding and cleaning
• Operate spray guns and related equipment to apply finishes
• Mix and match paints, stains, and finishes to meet specifications
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and consistency
• Make adjustments where required to maintain high standards
• Keep the workspace clean, tidy, and compliant with health & safety regulations
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production deadlines
