Team Assistant

Team Assistant Investment Banking - Macro Research 6 month temp (Temp to Perm) £26per hour inclusive

A highly reputable Investment Banking client in the City of London is looking for a hungry and ambitious Team Assistant to support a team of managing directors and the wider team. This an exciting role where you will be managing heavy scheduling, internal and external conferences, webcasts and other events, handle a high volume of phone calls and emails, as well as keeping a track and record client engagement activities of the team members. There will also be a high volume or international and domestic travl arrangements which will also include processeing expenses.

5 Days in office

Skills / Experienced Required;

• 4 years experience as an Assistant.
• Experience in Asset Wealth Management, Private Equity or Investment banking is highly desriable
• Must have experience with extensive diary management for multiple individuals.
• Must have experience scheduling across time zones.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• High degree of business acumen.
• Stress resistant whilst under pressure.
• Ability to multi-task and meet a number of deadlines.
