Complex Care Recruiter Location: Chelmsford Job type: Full-time, permanent Work pattern: Office based Salary: £28,000 to £30,000 depending on experience An established and growing complex care provider is recruiting an experienced Complex Care Recruiter to join its Chelmsford office. This role is designed for someone with proven experience recruiting within complex care or community healthcare who understands the importance of compliance, continuity of care, and high-quality staffing. About the Role As a Complex Care Recruiter , you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for carers and nurses supporting complex care packages in the community. You will work closely with operational teams to ensure services are safely staffed, compliant, and delivered to a high standard.
