The Role:

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Residential Property Solicitor (2+ years PQE) or CILEX to join a busy and reputable conveyancing team based in Street. The role involves managing a diverse range of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, mortgages, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, lease extensions, new build properties, Help to Buy schemes, and residential lettings for landlords and tenants.

The role offers exposure to high-quality work and will provide opportunities for further career development and business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a varied caseload of residential property matters, including both freehold and leasehold transactions.
• Advise clients on transactions such as sales, purchases, mortgages, re-mortgages, Help to Buy, lease extensions, and new build properties.
• Ensure client matters are managed effectively and in accordance with the firm's high standards of service.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records and client files.
• Conduct legal research and provide accurate advice on residential property matters.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support the department's workflow and work on larger client projects.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships, reflecting the firm's commitment to exceptional client care.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Residential Property Solicitor (2+ years PQE) or CILEX with a solid background in residential conveyancing.
