Job Opportunity : Senior Quantity Surveyor

Location : High Wycombe

Salary : Up to £90,000 + £6,700 Car Allowance + 10% Bonus

Project Value : £60m per site | Two HA-led Residential Schemes

We’re recruiting on behalf of an award-winning residential developer and contractor for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to commercially lead two major housing schemes in High Wycombe — Ashwell and Belfield.

These are £60 million Housing Association (HA) schemes, acting as the Main Contractor. They require a commercially astute SQS with strong experience in civils and infrastructure within housebuilding.

The Role

As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take full commercial ownership of one or both sites, reporting directly to the Commercial Manager. You will be responsible for :

• Leading the procurement process and managing subcontract packages
• Cost planning, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Contract administration (JCT) and change management
• Managing risk and ensuring commercial performance
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members (QS / AQS)
