Family Fee Earner – Barnsley

\n Barnsley | Hybrid working available

\n £30,000 – £45,000+ (DOE)

\n\n

A well-regarded South Yorkshire firm is looking for an experienced Family Fee Earner to join its Barnsley office. This is a great opportunity to take on a varied caseload within a supportive, close-knit team that values empathy, professionalism and long-term relationships.

\n\n

You’ll step into an established department with strong local ties and a consistent flow of new instructions – with the added benefit of hybrid working once you’re settled in.

\n\n

The Role : \n\n \n\t

  • Managing a caseload of family law matters, including : \n\t \n\t\t

Divorce and financial remedy

\n\t\t

  • Private and public children matters

    • \n\t\t

  • Domestic abuse and injunctions

    • \n\t\t

  • Cohabitation and separation agreements

    • \n\t \n\t

    \n\t

  • Preparing court documents, conducting advocacy where appropriate, and liaising with clients throughout

    • \n\t

  • Legal Aid experience preferred but not essential

    • \n \n\n

    About You : \n\n \n\t

  • You may be a Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced Family Fee Earner

    • \n\t

  • Confident handling a mixed caseload independently

    • \n\t
