About Us

Grad2Teach is a national teacher training programme on a mission to recruit, train, and retain the next generation of teachers. We work with schools across the UK to place and support trainees, providing salaried training routes into teaching in partnership with NCFE and Coventry University’s National Institute of Teaching and Education.

The Role

We’re looking for a motivated Partnerships Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a high-impact role where you’ll play a key part in placing trainees quickly and successfully into schools, building strong relationships, and ensuring long-term success for both trainees and schools.

You’ll combine recruitment and account management skills with a genuine interest in education. If you’re a natural communicator, strategic thinker, and problem-solver, this could be the opportunity for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and grow partnerships with schools, trusts, and educational organisations.
  • Source, interview, and match trainees to suitable school placements.
  • Guide candidates through safer recruitment checks and compliance processes.
  • Support schools and trainees throughout the placement journey, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Use HubSpot CRM and other tools to track activity, maintain pipelines, and deliver results.
  • Contribute to national growth by spotting opportunities and engaging with events, webinars, and networks.

About You

We’re open to candidates from different backgrounds, but you’ll need to bring drive, adaptability, and the ability to make an immediate impact. We’re particularly interested in people with :

  • Experience in management, communications, sales, or education .
  • An understanding of the UK education system (desirable, but not essential if you bring strong sales / recruitment experience).
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence in working with senior stakeholders.
  • A proven ability to hit targets, deliver results, and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong organisation, initiative, and adaptability.
