The Supply Register is working in partnership with secondary schools in Hertford to recruit a passionate Science Teacher for a full-time role starting September 2025.

What We’re Looking For

QTS and experience teaching Science at KS3 & KS4

Strong subject knowledge (Biology, Chemistry, or Physics)

Engaging teaching style and classroom presence

Excellent behaviour management

Enhanced DBS (on the Update Service)

Two recent references

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver high-quality Science lessons

Support student progress across all abilities

Foster a safe and inclusive learning environment

Contribute to departmental and school-wide initiatives
