Network Security Engineer

We're looking for a Network Security Engineer who's passionate about defending critical systems in a fast-paced, secure environment. If you're ready to step into a hands-on, operational role with real impact - this could be the move for you.

• ?? The Role

As part of a 24 / 7 internal security response team, you'll help protect complex network infrastructure from evolving threats. You'll support incident response, work closely with SOC analysts, and fine-tune key security tools to improve overall resilience. This role isn't just reactive - you'll also help design, implement and maintain secure network solutions.

• ?? What You'll Be Doing

Managing and troubleshooting firewalls (Palo Alto, Checkpoint, Cisco)

Supporting proxies (Bluecoat, F5), VPNs, and load balancing

Monitoring traffic and analysing logs (using tools like PRTG, Nagios, etc.)

Responding to incidents, tuning systems, and supporting change requests

Collaborating with cyber and infrastructure teams to improve network defences
