Milk Education, a specialist education supply agency, is currently recruiting dedicated and passionate Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to work in primary schools across Newham. Whether you're an experienced LSA or just starting out, we want to hear from you!

About the Role :

We’re working with a range of inclusive and welcoming schools in Newham who are looking for LSAs to support pupils with :

Special Educational Needs (SEN)

Behavioural needs

Academic interventions

One-to-one or small group support

Classroom-based assistance alongside the class teacher

What We’re Looking For :

Experience working with children or young people (school-based or other settings)

A patient, proactive and caring nature

Good communication and teamwork skills

An enhanced DBS on the update service (or be willing to apply for one)

Availability for immediate or upcoming work
