This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in Early Careers or Talent Development to shape and deliver programmes that attract, support, and develop future talent. You'll be the key contact for trainees, managing recruitment pipelines, onboarding, and pastoral support, while also driving diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Key experience required :

Previous experience in early careers or talent development

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Organised, proactive, and passionate about developing future talent

Experience of working within a Professional Services environment is highly desirable.
