What you’ll be doing

As a Recruitment Consultant, your role will be focused on candidate sourcing, with the remaining time dedicated to client account management. All jobs will be passed to you directly from the business development team. This means you won't be expected to generate new business, but rather, to build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and source the best candidates for their roles.
