What We're Looking For
We're seeking a Sous Chef with a passion for produce-led, seasonal cooking and proven experience in leading busy kitchen teams. This is a unique chance for Sous Chef to be part of a new opening, where you'll help shape standards, build a team culture, and contribute to menu development from the very beginning.
We want someone who thrives in a fast-paced but Intimate environment, is excited by the challenge of a busy new restaurant, and is eager to grow with us as we establish ourselves.

Support the Head Chef with kitchen budgets, cost control, and financial reporting.
