Position Overview
As part of the talented Navico Group team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all business systems and processes comply with internal standards and external regulatory requirements. This role plays a critical part in maintaining certifications, driving continuous improvement, and supporting operational excellence across the site by collaborating cross functionally with quality, manufacturing engineering, production, design and HR departments. This includes the ongoing maintenance and improvement of the integrated management system (IMS) in alignment with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 standards, as well as other regulatory frameworks. Take ownership of site safety, ensuring the facility remains compliant with all Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations, and fostering a safe working environment for all employees.
