Maintenance Manager - Devon - up to £60,000 + 10% Bonus + Benefits - REF 1942

I am currently recruiting for a Maintenance Manager to work for a leading engineering organisation based in Devon. Salary up to £60,000 + 10% Bonus + Benefits.

The company are leaders within their field of expertise and are seen as the go to organisation within their specialist product area, not only in the UK, but on an international basis. They have multiple offices throughout the UK, as well as being strategically positioned throughout the world. They have gone from strength to strength over recent years and via organic growth as well as a range of acquisitions they have strengthened their client offering ensuring they stay at the forefront of the market.

To support the growth of the business they now have the need to appoint a Maintenance Manager on a permanent basis.

In this role as a Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for managing the maintenance team that's split across 2 shifts. The primary need is to implement a robust TPM (Total Preventative Maintenance) plan for the site. Your role will oversee both shifts and start and finish time is flexible providing there is an overlap which would typically mean starting between 9am and 11am and finishing at either 5pm or 7pm respectively.
