As our Wok Chef , you will oversee a delegated section of the kitchen and coordinate junior members of the team to deliver quality service.

Situated on Level 33 of The Shard, the UK’s tallest building, Hutong delivers an exceptional Northern Chinese dining experience with stunning views of London.

Your day at Aqua :

You will be paid £30,534.76 per annum. In addition, you can be a part of the venue’s Tronc system, which may give you up to £11,992.00 extra per year. The Tronc system is managed by the Tronc Master.
