This is an excellent opportunity to join our team at Sizewell B Nuclear Power Station. The position is offered on a fixed-term basis from November 2025 to July 2026.
We are seeking an organised and proactive individual to provide a range of administrative and office support duties. The successful candidate will play a key role in assisting the day-to-day running of the office, ensuring effective support for the wider team. A central responsibility of the role is to support mobilisation by identifying and monitoring training requirements for staff and contractors, ensuring they are compliant and granted site access, and that all training is kept up to date to enable them to carry out their roles effectively. Successful candidates will be required to undergo CTC clearance.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to the team
- Produce correspondence, reports, and other documentation as required
- Maintain filing systems and manage confidential shredding
- Ensure candidates are Suitably Qualified and Experienced Personnel (SQEP) in line with Altrad’s and the client’s competence matrix
- Work with the Resourcing Team to ensure all new starters are fully competent and qualified for their roles
- Attend rota’d inductions to verify attendance
- Support the Workforce Team on-site with First Day Inductions, including resolving access issues (e.g., blocked passes)
- Liaise with stakeholders to book inductions, appointments, and site visits within tight timeframes
- Assist with off-boarding activities, including redeployment of employees after the outage
- Collaborate with the Training Co-ordinator and Workforce Team to verify suitability standards for each role
- Upload holiday forms and update relevant systems
- Input data into spreadsheets and databases
- Administer absence records
- Collate and maintain accurate records and files
