Building Services Engineer Site Devonshire FWC & Plymouth FWC | Property and Facilities | Permanent | Full Time - 40 hours per week |

£25,640 to £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)

We're now looking for a Building Services Engineer to join our team at Devonshire FWC. This is a fantastic opportunity if you're already experienced in facilities and compliance, but we're equally open to applications with some practical maintenance experience who are looking to take the next step. With our structured training, development and apprenticeship pathways, we'll help you build on your existing skills and grow your career with us.

While the role will be based primarily at Devonshire, you'll also provide support at our Plymouth site when required - for scheduled works or holiday cover.

To succeed as a Building Services Engineer, you will :

• Have experience in facilities, maintenance, or engineering within a large, multi-use site (desirable).
• Bring Fabric Engineer experience and help with general repairs of the structure, interiors, and fixtures & fittings - often the "finishing touches" that make the site safe, compliant, and presentable.
• Have knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS) and compliance areas (e.g. water hygiene, emergency lighting, statutory testing).
• Be proactive, have a problem-solving mindset and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
