The role of the Area Sales Manager – Residential Mechanical Ventilation will involve :

• Field sales role promoting a mid to high end range of mechanical ventilation , including MEV and MVHR systems
• Focused on the residential market
• Selling into predominantly M&E contractors and mechanical contactor installers
• 80% new business development role, 20% developing projects from existing relationships
• Projects from 1-200 houses / flats
• Typical order value £(phone number removed) per house / flat
• Working in conjunction with a specification field sales representative
• Acting as the go-to person for technical insight and smart solutions
