We are working on an excellent opportunity with a leading Offshore firm in Bermuda, who are looking for a Corporate Lawyer to join their growing team. Our client, a highly regarded outfit in the Caribbean, has a strong international presence and an excellent client portfolio. This role is suitable for someone looking to progress further in their career and be involved in high-value, multi-jurisdictional corporate work spanning M&A, finance, funds, and some regulatory matters.

The ideal candidate :

• 3-5 PQE
• Experience in digital assets / fintech / crypto is preferred
• Admitted in the UK, Australia, New Zealand, or Canada
• Excellent academic background
• Experience from a leading law firm
• Strong desire to live in Cayman
