Parts & Retail Manager – Agricultural Dealerships
Location : Lincolnshire (Dual site role)
Hours : 42.5 hours per week (Mon–Fri, 8 : 00am–5 : 30pm + additional hours possibly required at peak times)

Holt Recruitment are working with an established agricultural dealership group who are looking for a proactive Parts & Retail Manager to oversee their Lincolnshire branches.
The Role
Manage the day-to-day running and profitability of two Parts Departments.
Oversee the showroom, goods inward area and retail environment.
Lead and develop the team to deliver high levels of customer service.
Manage stock control, processes and systems.
Support key accounts, trade partners and customers with parts requirements.The Person
Experience in agricultural or groundcare parts is an advantage.
Previous management or supervisory experience desirable.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Proactive, detail-focused and confident working under pressure.
Strong IT ability with a target-driven approach.What’s on Offer
