£13 / hour — 12 to 24 hours per week Part-time role with potential to grow

The Role

This is a part-time front of house and sales role that blends member service, admin, and sales support in one.

You’ll be responsible for :

• Greeting every member and guest that walks through the door — warmly, confidently, and professionally
• Handling membership enquiries, booking tours, and following up with leads
• Delivering a seamless front desk experience — managing check-ins, messages, payments, and basic admin
• Supporting new joiners through their first few visits and helping them feel part of the REGEN community
• Keeping the FOH area sharp, tidy, and well-stocked at all times
• Taking ownership of daily tasks, working with initiative, and staying proactive during quieter periods
• Contributing to the energy and standards of the club alongside the wider team

Who You Are :

We’re looking for someone reliable, switched-on, and confident under pressure.

You’ll thrive in this role if you :

Have experience in customer-facing roles (fitness, retail, hospitality, sales — it all counts)

Communicate clearly and naturally — in person, over the phone, and via message

Are calm, composed, and solution-focused when it’s busy or something doesn’t go to plan

Are confident following up with leads, asking the right questions, and explaining membership options

Are naturally organised and able to manage a mix of small admin tasks and people-facing responsibilities

Understand what makes a premium gym experience feel different — and want to help deliver it
