Job brief
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment & Compliance Officer to support the Team Manager in leading our busy team of Recruiters and Compliance Officers in efficiently attracting and vetting the best talent for the business.. Experience of resourcing and vetting healthcare professionals, as well as supervising and coaching a team is essential. A dynamic approach to all aspects of the On Boarding Process would be advantageous as we embark on a period of substantial growth, this is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to advance in their career.
Responsibilities
Follow in-house recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.Review the utilisation of our current pool of carers to ensure our carers are optimisedSupervise the recruitment and compliance team and report on performance, coaching them to meet and exceed KPI'sEnsure that we have sufficient skilled carers available across the business to meet the growth ambitions of the company.Recruitment and ALL regulatory requirements are fulfilled.Implement new sourcing methods and channels (e.g. social media).Mentor and coach recruitment team on interviewing techniques and selection processes.Customer service training.Promote employer brand.Work seamlessly with other departments (business development, operations, clinical, compliance) to forecast future hiring needsParticipate in job fairs, youth employment, back to work charities and career events.Build the company's professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges, charities and other partners.Look at opportunities to use our Apprenticeship Levy Fund for recruitment or training.Requirements
Ideally experience as a Recruitment & Compliance Officer with high volume experience.Experience within Health & Social Care, and up to date on all regulatory standardsKnowledge of and experience in delivering industry leading software and database management for regulatory requirements.Extensive knowledge of with social media and other professional networks.Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills.Strong decision-making skills.A desire to be part of the company making an incredible difference to people's lives.To find out more about HFH Healthcare visit our website www.hfhhealthcare.co.uk
