Recruitment Consultant ideal for those starting out in recruitment or moving from sales, customer service, or account management.

Senior Recruitment Consultant for experienced recruiters ready to take on more responsibility and hit the ground running.

Both positions offer the opportunity to work on a busy desk covering both contract and permanent roles for our established client base in the manufacturing sector.

About the Role

Working within our Manufacturing Delivery team, youll focus purely on fulfilling vacancies for existing clients with no cold business development required. Youll be sourcing candidates for a variety of manufacturing and engineering businesses, often working at pace to deliver results.

This is a phone-heavy role where your communication skills, people-first approach, and ability to think on your feet will be key to your success.
