This firm is looking for a Real Estate Solicitor to join their Legal 500 ranked Real Estate department.

The Firm

The firm boasts a contemporary and state of the art office, which they have recently moved to in the heart of the affluent town, Altrincham. They invest heavily into ensuring they are using and utilising the best technology available and have good infrastructure and excellent support teams, allowing you more time to focus on generating fee's and having more in the way of client contact.

The firm has a large mix of clients and work with some big names both from the City as well as the affluent area they operate in, making an interesting and varied client base. A large number of these clients have been long standing with them firm and often offer repeat business which gives you a flavour of their success. As well as this, some businesses use the firm as their outsourced legal department.

The Role

The firm is seeking to hire a Solicitor 2+ years PQE to join their highly accoladed team.

The award-winning Real Estate department is ranked in both the Chambers and legal 500. The Real Estate department provides City expertise, in a modern way and with more flexibility in terms of fee's compared with that of city firms. The department often has big city practices on the other side of transactions.

You will find real variety to the type of client base and work, making for a more interesting role. The client base will include individuals and companies ranging from SME, OMB, right up to FTSE 250 companies and household names. They have several very interesting online businesses and social media companies.

The work will include; sales and acquisitions, L&T, development work, secured lending, overage agreements, corporate support work.

Requirements

• You will a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor (2+ years PQE)
• Excellent communication skills
• You will be a team player with excellent attention to detail
• You will be commercial minded and enjoy business development and marketing
