In your role as a Clinical Lead at HC One, Kindness will be at the core of everything you do. It touches upon every aspect of our Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist care homes. Our residents are people with their own stories, and joining us provides a wonderful opportunity to give something back to those people.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the level of clinical care goes beyond professional standards and statutory, regulatory and legal requirements.
• Provide specialist nursing support and advice.
• Take responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager's absence.
• Supervise and coach colleagues to deliver a service that is empathetic and resident-focused.
